A LITTLE GUIDANCE
Make room for your people.
A few simple ways to get more from your Sphere, from a remembered conversation to your next referral.
Find the person you remember.
Open the map or My people. Search a name, market, specialty, or detail from a conversation. Try “Dallas probate” in the sample, or “Dave Vegas” to find a remembered meeting even when someone works in another city.
Choose a connection to see their market, service area, specialties, and relationship context. Favorites and specialty filters help narrow the view.
Build a network that feels like yours.
Your contacts do not need Sphere accounts. Your workspace is your own private map of the people you know; no invitations are required.
In an active personal account, Add connection opens a form for a portrait, market, contact details, specialties, and private notes. Write how you met while the conversation is fresh.
Use Import connections to upload a CSV or vCard (.vcf) export. Apple Contacts can export vCards; Google Contacts supports CSV and vCard. Review the file preview and row errors before confirming. vCard photos and private notes are not imported.
When contacts lack a city or service market, choose a market in the import screen only if those contacts serve that area. Existing cities stay unchanged. For other markets, use the CSV template to include latitude and longitude. The browser does not read your address book directly.
A file supports up to 500 contacts; larger files need smaller batches. Imports skip matching email identities or matching names and markets when no email is supplied. You can download a CSV template from the import screen.
Give each referral a place to move.
Create a referral from a connection, add the client information you are authorized to share, and record the proposed fee. The tracker moves through Draft, Sent, Signed, Under contract, and Closed.
These stages are records you update yourself. Sphere does not send messages, collect signatures, execute agreements, or process payments. Downloaded briefs are drafts for broker review; private relationship notes are excluded.
Connect in the moment.
Your Sphere pass contains shareable profile information as a QR code and vCard. A scanned pass opens a review step before you add someone. It does not verify an agent’s identity or create a reciprocal connection.
Camera scanning needs a supported browser, HTTPS, and camera permission. You can paste a pass instead. You may also add the app to your phone’s home screen when your browser supports installation.
The web app does not include native address-book sync, nearby Bluetooth discovery, or push notifications for referrals.
Keep control of your workspace.
Your account menu provides a data export. In cloud mode, it includes contacts, notes, and referrals; uploaded photo files are not included. You can edit or delete individual contacts and referrals. Remove a contact’s linked referrals before deleting that contact.
A connection is required to load or save private data. Sphere does not queue offline edits. If another tab changes the same record, reload it before saving again.
Account access and help.
When registration is available, confirm your email before signing in. Use Forgot password from the sign-in screen to request a recovery link. Never share your password or recovery link.
The waitlist collects your name, email, and brokerage with your permission to send launch updates. Joining does not create a workspace or reserve a launch date.
Direct support is still being prepared. This guide and the sample workspace are available now.
