PRIVACY & DATA

Your relationships deserve care.

A practical explanation of what Sphere shows, what a private workspace stores, and what leaves the app when you choose to share.

Waitlist information

When you join the waitlist, Sphere stores your name, email address, brokerage, the time of your request, and your consent to receive launch updates. This information is used to manage interest in Sphere’s launch and understand which brokerages are represented. It is stored in Supabase and is not publicly visible.

The form also uses a hidden field and short-lived hashed network information to limit automated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist database. A daily cleanup removes waitlist entries older than 180 days and request-limit records after two days.

Your browser stores up to ten removal receipts locally, so you can remove requests from this device. Save your original receipt link if you want to manage your request from another device or after clearing browser storage. Joining does not create a Sphere account or send an immediate email.

Remove your waitlist request

Use the original receipt link shown when you first joined. A later duplicate submission does not replace that receipt. Open your saved receipt link or paste its 64-character code below.

The code is the part after “#remove=” in your private receipt link. Anyone with this code can remove the matching waitlist request.

Private workspace information

When cloud accounts are enabled, Sphere uses your email and account session to identify your workspace. The profile and records you choose to save may include names, contact details, service locations, portraits, meeting context, private notes, and referral client details.

Workspaces are separated by account. Uploaded portraits are stored privately and displayed through expiring links. Account session information is retained in your browser so you can remain signed in; signing out clears that session on the current browser.

Sharing is an explicit action

Your QR pass and vCard contain selected profile contact information. A referral brief contains the referral information you entered and excludes your private relationship notes. Downloaded files and shared passes can be seen by anyone you give them to, so review their contents before sharing.

Sphere does not automatically contact clients, send referrals, invite agents, or publish your private notes.

Exports and removal

The account menu exports workspace data. Cloud exports do not include uploaded photo files; their image links expire. Individual contacts and referrals can be deleted in the app. Full-account deletion is not currently available in the interface.

Services your browser connects to

The site is hosted on Vercel. Cloud accounts, database records, and portrait storage use Supabase when configured. The map requests OpenStreetMap tiles, fonts load from Google Fonts, and fictional sample portraits load from Random User. These services receive normal network request information such as an IP address when your browser loads their resources.

The app does not request your device’s location. Camera access is requested only when you choose to scan a QR pass. No marketing analytics or advertising tracker is included in this build.

Offline behavior

The installed app caches a small public reconnect screen and app icons. It does not cache private API responses or map tiles for offline use. Reconnect before trying to load or change your workspace.

Before public account registration opens

The service operator’s contact details, support process, and launch policies will be published before public registration is enabled. Only enter information you have permission to store and share.
